As part of a Briefbox* brief, I designed a lunch menu for the River Cottage Canteen in Plymouth. The brief said that the client wanted the menu to reflect the fact that "they use freshly prepared, seasonal, local, organic ingredients, on an ever evolving, seasonal menu." There was also a requirement that it be double-sided and less than three colours.
